Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and, occasionally, light commercial plumbing services
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations
- Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice plumbers
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, and venting systems
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the HVAC team on projects that require cross-disciplinary expertise

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Valid Plumbing License
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to undergo background checks and participate in regular drug testing
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong background in residential services
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
