Position Overview

Responsibilities

Perform residential and, occasionally, light commercial plumbing services
Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations
Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice plumbers
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, and venting systems
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Work collaboratively with the HVAC team on projects that require cross-disciplinary expertise

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Valid Plumbing License
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Willingness to undergo background checks and participate in regular drug testing
Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong background in residential services
Commitment to safety standards and protocols
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
