They are in it to do what's right and not try to force you to replace an entire unit when a $350 part, knowledge, and a little elbow grease are all that's necessary!!

Heat went out on a Friday night when temp was 23. After calling about a dozen places that state 24/7 emergency service, this is the ONLY business that truly was. They had a live answering service and a tech called me back within minutes. Chris came from over an hour away and heat was back on within a half hour. Thoroughly explained everything.
