    Eagle pro was awesome. The eagle pro associate was very thoughtful for putting on the booties to keep my house being dirty. I even told him he could take off the booties cuz I got to sweep the floor anyway, he said, "no way", I guess he preferred to put on the booties on so that way my house stayed clean like no dirt from his shoes will be on my floor. He made sure that HVAC, the thermostat, and the attic fan was installed correctly. He checked for any issues or problems, which there was none. Why would I choose any other HVAC heating and cooling business, I'll stick with eagle pro for a long time.

    Great job! Josh, Nate, David, Cody, and John showed up at 9:00 AM, stayed til 7:00 PM, and worked the whole time.
    Did a lot of construction to install my system properly. New copper lines, safety switches, electrical wiring, vent modifications, a damper, and built a platform to stand on in the attic. Outside looks 100% professional. Sealed and disconnected the old lines.
    I’m enjoying my new system with smart thermostat. Looking forward to their maintenance visits in the future. Got a great price for all of the work done as well after interviewing four different local HVAC companies.

    Tech Trace Burgett was very Polite, and professional, explained what he would be doing and then explained what he did and what he found. He made suggestions on a couple of things that would protect my unit and what I could do to get cleaner air, year round in my home.     I had an extensive amount of work to be done in my crawlspace, which included replacing all the 50+ year old duct work. The Eagle Pro team went above and beyond what I was expecting of them by doing several extra tasks that were not included in the quote. I want to commend Dakota, David, James, Josh and Nathan for their professionalism in work and courtesy. A special shout out to Nathan for keeping me updated on what they had done, were currently doing and next steps, plus assistance in moving some furniture. I am well pleased with their work and highly recommend their services.

    Eagle Pro always has awesome and friendly service! Nate and Brian came out to run an additional duct/vent to a room that was too hot, per a previous recommendation from Nate. They were right on schedule, and had me all fixed up in short order. Best suggestion ever (thank you Nate!) because I could feel the air flow immediately and it was 10x cooler in here within minutes, even before they’d finished sweeping up the hardwood shavings (and left the floor even cleaner than when they’d arrived!). Hillary was also super friendly and helpful on the phone when I called her back with an additional question after scheduling. I love Eagle Pro. Another excellent experience with them. :)

    Our system was completely out of balance with one side of the house warm and the other side very cold. The guys adjusted existing dampers and installed some new ones, and now the house is comfortable in all areas. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from diagnosis to the end results. And the cost was very affordable. I'd recommend them for any heating and AC issues.

    Though my experience with Eagle Pro has been short in duration thus far, it has been pleasant with everyone that I have dealt with. Today Jacob Willis, came out to spec out a replacement for my old unit. He was professional, and pleasant to deal with. No pressure was felt on my end ( I really detest high pressure sales people, Thanks Jacob). While I certainly hope to not be in need of their services often, I see no reason yet that I won’t, be calling them when I do. A+ guys
