The young men were very nice and polite. Covered their shoes before entering the house. They worked hard removed old unit, cleaned all ducts and installed a new Amana package within 5 hours of work. We are pleased with the speedy attention we got. From the time of free estimate, it took only 7 days before complete installation. Thank you Eagle Pro. I really like the Bible verse painted on the side of your vehicle. Ephesians 6:7.

We had to get our HVAC unit replaced and Eagle Pro was wonderful! John Berryhill was our technician. Jacob Willis was our sales consultant.They were very thorough. They had to replace all of the parts as well as some piping. They were very patient and kind. They did a great job protecting my floors when they were moving equipment. They cleaned up all the mess. They explained everything I questioned in a kind way. They did not pressure us into anything, but were very understanding.

Brian J responded to my call for service of my heat pump unit. After a very thorough inspection, and showing me evidence of several problems (most of which are because of the age of this unit), I decided to have the unit replaced. An appointment has been scheduled for later this afternoon to begin the replacement. I trust Eagle Pro to get this job done both responsibly and reasonably, and as soon as possible. Eagle Pro came highly recommended, and I feel sure I’ll be recommending them too!

Part ordered,.picked up, installed and confirmed to resolve the problem within such a reasonable amount of time. Can't thank you enough! Matt was very professional but like having someone you know and trust working for your best interest. Highly recommend Eagle Pro. They are in it to do what's right and not try to force you to replace an entire unit when a $350 part, knowledge, and a little elbow grease are all that's necessary!!

Company has been very helpful, however I had a new unit installed (Furnace and Ac) back in mid January and since then I have had to call them back twice. Both times the company has went above and beyond to get a technician out ASAP the fix the problems, I wouldn’t have any other company handle my home repairs they are THE BEST!
