Position Overview
Customer Service Representative Eagle Pro Heating and Cooling is a fast-growing residential Heating and Cooling services contractor. We are looking for an excited professional personality to join our team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and promotions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
